By registering for a membership with Violin Mastery Online ("the Service"), you ("the Member") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2.1. Membership is granted on an annual subscription basis, commencing on the date of successful payment.
2.2. Members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials (email and password) and for all activities that occur under their account.
2.3. The Member agrees to notify Violin Mastery Online immediately of any unauthorized use of their account.
2.4. Violin Mastery Online reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts at its sole discretion, without refund, if unauthorized account sharing or other fraudulent activity is detected.

3.1. During its initial phase, the Service will deliver weekly violin lessons via email. The email will contain a direct link to stream the lesson video. App development is on its way.
3.2. Access to lesson content is granted solely through the provided links and is for the personal, non-commercial use of the registered Member only.

4.1. The membership fee is US$365 per year, payable in full upon registration.
4.2. Standard Refund Policy: Except as explicitly stated in the Referral Program section, all fees are non-refundable.  Members are not entitled to cancel their membership and receive a refund.
4.3. Referral Program:

• Pre-launch Period (Until 31 December 2025): Members who refer three (3) new individuals who successfully sign up and pay for an annual membership will be eligible for a full refund of their own annual fee.
• Post-launch Period (From 1 January 2026): Members who refer five (5) new individuals who successfully sign up and pay for an annual membership will be eligible for a full refund of their own annual fee.
• Refunds under the referral program will be processed manually by the Admin and will be issued no sooner than 30 days after the final required referral's payment has been received and verified.

5.1. All content provided through the Service, including but not limited to videos, text, graphics, logos, and lesson materials, is the intellectual property of Violin Mastery Online and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
5.2. Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to stream and view the content for personal educational purposes. Members agree not to copy, reproduce, redistribute, modify, resale, value-add or publicly display any content without prior written consent from Violin Mastery Online.

To maintain the integrity of the Service and prevent unauthorized sharing, Violin Mastery Online tracks the IP addresses from which accounts are accessed. Members may be notified of their recent login IP address upon sign-in. The Admin proactively monitors login patterns, and accounts found to be accessed from multiple, irregular locations may be suspended or terminated immediately without refund.

7.1. Violin Mastery Online collects and uses personal data, including email addresses and IP addresses, solely for the purpose of providing the Service, maintaining account security, and preventing unauthorized account sharing.
7.2. Violin Mastery Online do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personally identifiable information to third parties. IP address monitoring is conducted exclusively for the purpose of detecting violations of these Terms and Conditions.
7.3. By using our Service, the member consent to the collection and use of information as outlined in this clause.

8.1. In addition to termination for unauthorized account sharing as outlined in Clause 2.4, Violin Mastery Online reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership, without refund, for any material breach of these Terms and Conditions.
8.2. Grounds for termination include, but are not limited to: attempted circumvention of security  measures, unauthorized distribution of content, manipulation of the referral program, or any activity that undermines the integrity of the Service.

9.1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia.
9.2. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia, while recognizing the global nature of our online Service.

The Service and all content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Violin Mastery Online shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Service.

All official communications, including lesson links and policy updates, will be sent from info@violinmasteryonline.com - whitelist this address. Members are responsible for ensuring their email contact information is current and for regularly checking their inbox.

Violin Mastery Online reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
